Logistics and Procurement Coordinator (Rouyn-Noranda)

The company is currently seeking a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator to manage product flows, optimize transportation, and supervise the personnel under their charge.

• Lead the entire purchasing cycle (planning, execution, follow-up) and handle related administration.
• Issue, validate, and track purchase orders and confirmations.
• Manage min/max parameters with managers and maintain item master files.
• Reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Coordinate transport logistics by optimizing groupings and costs.
• Analyze inventory levels and identify slow-moving or dead stock.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise monthly and annual inventory counts.
• Act as a coach and mentor for the purchasing team by optimizing work methods.
• Plan work schedules, onboard and train staff, and monitor individual performance.

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in administration or another relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail and 1 year in personnel management.
• Mastery of inventory management techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of the equipment and tools offered by the company.
• Mastery of both French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office tools and management software.
