Immeubles Dion is currently seeking a Coordinator for its Modular Department. The main mission is to ensure effective management of this division in order to fully meet client needs.

• Plan and coordinate the daily operations of the modular department and production schedule
• Act as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal resources
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Oversee subcontractor compliance and the management of contractual documents
• Promote continuous process improvement and compliance with health and safety standards

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Autonomy, thoroughness, and initiative
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Postsecondary education in administration, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the construction or mining sector (asset)
• Proficiency with technology and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
