On-Site Mechanic (Rouyn-Noranda and Amos)

The company is currently looking for an On-Site Mechanic to maintain, repair, and install mechanical equipment in various industrial environments.

• Maintain, repair, and install mechanical equipment in various industrial environments such as manufacturing plants, mines, power plants, construction sites, etc.
• Determine technical solutions for equipment restoration.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the company's rental equipment.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that the company's quality and health standards, as well as safety procedures, are respected.
• Know and enforce hygiene and safety rules.
• Ensure excellent communication channels with the rest of the staff to maintain a good working relationship.

• Vocational Diploma (DEP) in construction machinery mechanics or industrial mechanics.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in mechanics.
• Bilingualism (an asset).
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in and manage a team.
• Autonomy.
• Be structured/organized.
• Leadership.
